Dial 191 (same as police) or go directly to hospital; private hospitals (Bumrungrad, Samitivej) are fast but expensive.
Bumrungrad (Sukhumvit, upscale), Samitivej (many locations), Bangkok Hospital (chain across city); all have English-speaking staff.
US: in Wireless Road area; UK: in Wireless Road; Australia, Canada, many others have embassies in Bangkok.
If cards stolen, call your bank immediately; Thai ATMs are safe but skimming can happen; use bank ATMs when possible.
Show Thai person your hotel card (hotels give free cards with address); use Google Maps; Grab app works even without Thai number.
