Sathorn (connects BTS Saphan Taksin), Si Phraya, Tha Tian (near Wat Pho and Grand Palace), Tha Chang, Phra Arthit (near Khao San Road) are the key stops.
Start at Sathorn pier → take express boat north → Tha Tian for Wat Pho + Grand Palace → Tha Chang for ferry to Wat Arun → back by boat or taxi.
